It will share your location with your friends to track you and also notify them along with the Police if you are in trouble when the Panic Point is pressed. Subscription Service Details:

-The length of your subscription shall be for 1 year
-The price of the subscription for this period will be $19.99
-Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto renew is turned off 24 hours before end of current period
-Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to end of current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
-Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
-No cancellation is allowed during active subscription period
-No free trial period is offered and any money paid will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
